Body-Mind-Spirit

Body, Mind, and Spirit are inseparable.  Honoring the collaboration among all parts of ourself and our collaboration with the multiverse takes many forms and can come from many layers, all at the same time.

Following are some of the healing modalities that I adapt to you and your needs.

We access many of them in our coaching sessions.

They are foundational to the care and courses I offer you.

You can also access each of these individually.

Modalities

These are the modalities that are integrated into all that I offer.

They can also be purchased independently.

Ayurveda Principles and Practices.

The ancient art of health and well-being offers us SO much wisdom for taking care of ourself throughout our life.

Soothing Sound and Vibration.

Himalayan Bowls, Gongs, Voice are part of many restorative sessions I offer. They can be their own event too, including as the focus of a retreat.

Reiki and Dar ‘Shem.

These energy practices are accessible to all of us.  We can receive them from others or practice them on ourself.  We trust the energy to flow where it knows to go.

Restorative Yoga

Radical rest is our greatest way to combat the wild world around us.  On a scale of 1-10 of activity, restorative yoga is 0.  In this practice, whether it be 5 minutes or 45 minutes, we release tension and tightness of body-mind-spirit and we receive the grace that comes from rest and allows us to move with greater ease in every aspect of our life.

Believing the Divine that is You

The word, Namaste, is used throughout the Himalayas and beyond to say hello and good-bye.  It means the light that is me honors the light that is you.  It signals a belief that you and I are divine as we are.  We are sacred beings living a sacred life.  This is beyond and outside of any organized religion’s dogma.  This is the sacred breath of the Holy Spirit.  It is the unconditional love given to you by the goddesses across time and beyond time.  It is the “I” and the “am” in “I am.”

Writing Your Life.

The physical act of putting pen to paper can be considered part of our magic.  As we write the words from and to ourself, we inscribe them on our heart and in our very being.  I teach you how and lead you in using writing as one of your tools to feel and believe in and live all of you.

Forest Bathing.

This practice of intentional and gentle time in the woods (called “Shinrin Yoku” in Japan where it originated) soothes our nervous system by restoring and nurturing our relationship with Nature. It provides myriad ways to support the health of our Body-Mind-Spirit.

Yoga

A pose a day helps you in ways an extended practice once a month cannot.  We work together to find yoga poses that are suited to you—your body, your intentions.  The poses give us a way to unite body with mind and spirit.  They reinforce the principles of unity.  They use the body to amplify our intentions.
