Time With Yourself

Time with yourself is invaluable.

Time with yourself, listening to yourself,

is immeasurably important

to your knowing,

and to honoring, yourself.

Which, in turn, is essential to your

sense of joy in this world...

which leads--from all corners--

YOU to be more present in the lives

of those you love...

including yourself.

I have a questionnaire that you could use as a starting point for

conversations with yourselves (intentional plural, here)

When you complete it,

I’ll send you a FREE Restorative Yoga practice.

If you'd rather not share your answers with me,

go to the questionnaire and copy the questions in your journal or wherever you write things.

If you don't yet have a writing practice,

this is a great place to begin...

Writing engages your body-mind-spirit like nothing else.

You physically write/type the thoughts and feelings that

live in your body (yes! our cells hold it all!),

making some space for them to breathe and be

and express themselves

not only on the paper

but in your real life.

You literally write your life.

Start here

And can then begin shifting into however you desire to be.

And if any part of your body-mind-spirit is aching to be heard,

then fill out the questionnaire so that I can send you

the link to a free restorative yoga practice.

Restorative Yoga saved me,

restored me in so many ways.

For one solid year,

because I'd injured myself in so many ways

trying to be superwoman,

my practice was purely restorative.

What does that mean?

Every day for some amount of time (sometimes 30 minutes,

sometimes 10),

I would lie on the ground

and support myself with pillows and blankets

so that I felt NO stretching anywhere...

just a gradual easing and softening.

It was SO hard at first

to not be DOING.

But I devoted myself to learning

to receive,

to slow,

to soften,

to grant myself the grace of coming back again

and again

and again

when my mind wandered all over the world.

And while all of it is still very much a practice for me,

it's easier than it was.

And some moments are even just...easy.

Who knew this could be true?

And after that entire year of practicing only restorative yoga

and no active yoga?

I was stronger and more flexible and more focused

than I'd ever been

and I could do things I'd not been able to do before.

Amazing, isn't it, what rest offers us?!

Go do the questionnaire--whether it's solely for you

or in order for me to send you the free restorative practice

(Usually $75 US)…

The questionnaire is your free ticket...

...to YOU!

Many Blessings,

Paula.
